Welcome to Red Deer and Central Alberta’s Circumcision Clinic. Dr Stearn provides infant circumcision for babies 0-3 months, using the Mogen clamp technique, a safe and virtually painless procedure done in under one minute.

Dr Stearn is a Family Physician, currently working at the St Mary Family and Walk In Clinic, who has been in practice for the past 16 years. He has proudly served his community in Red Deer and greater Central Alberta for the past 13 years. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Dr Stearn has extensive experience in Family Medicine and has completed postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine. He believes in providing exceptional, high quality care to his patients and their families.

Dr Stearn completed his training for infant circumcision under Dr Pierre Crouse, who is the leading provider of circumcision in Alberta. Dr Stearn is passionate about serving young families providing infant circumcision in Red Deer and greater Central Alberta.
